Your Data Rights

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This page explains your rights over your personal data under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and how to exercise them with Mukesh LPM Insights.

Your rights

  • Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
  • Restriction: ask us to pause using your data, for example while a complaint is reviewed.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Portability: receive data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawing consent: at any time, for cookies through Privacy settings in the footer, or for the newsletter through the unsubscribe link in each email.
  • Complaint: complain to a data protection authority (see below).

The quickest controls

  • Advertising and analytics cookies: use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choices instantly.
  • Google ad personalisation across sites: adssettings.google.com.

How to make a request

Email support@mukeshlpm.com with the subject line Data request, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We will respond within one month; this can be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you why.

Most data collected through advertising cookies is held by Google and the advertising vendors rather than by us, and is linked to cookie identifiers rather than your name. For that data, the consent tool and the vendors’ own privacy controls are the most effective route.

Complaints

We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first. You can also complain to:

  • UK: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)
  • EEA: the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, listed by the European Data Protection Board at edpb.europa.eu
  • Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
  • India: the Data Protection Board of India
