This policy explains how Mukesh LPM Insights researches, writes, reviews and updates its content.
Our standards
- Accuracy first. Factual claims are checked against primary sources — legislation, regulators, tax authorities, central banks, official statistics offices and official vendor documentation — and those sources are cited and linked.
- No invented data. We do not publish statistics, quotes or examples we cannot trace to a source. Illustrative examples are clearly marked as illustrations.
- Clear dates. Every article shows when it was published and, if revised, when it was last updated. Regulatory articles state the date the information was checked.
- Country specificity. Rules differ between countries. We state which jurisdiction a rule applies to and use local terminology and currencies.
- Balance. When we compare products or approaches, we explain trade-offs rather than declaring a universal winner.
Finance, tax and legal subjects
Content on money, tax, insurance, investments and law can affect readers’ decisions, so we hold it to a stricter standard. These articles rely on official sources, include a clear statement that they are general information rather than advice, and are reviewed again whenever the underlying rules change. Our authors are not acting as regulated financial, tax or legal advisers.
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to assist with research, outlining and drafting. AI tools are not used to invent facts, sources or expertise. Every article is reviewed, fact-checked against its cited sources and approved by a human editor before publication, and the editor named on the article takes responsibility for it.
Independence from advertisers
Advertising is sold through Google Ad Manager and its partners. Advertisers do not choose, review or approve our content. We do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial. If we ever publish sponsored or affiliate content, it will be clearly labelled. See our Advertising Policy.
Updates and corrections
We review articles on regulatory subjects at least every twelve months and whenever we learn that a rule has changed. Errors are corrected promptly and significant corrections are noted at the end of the article. See our Corrections Policy.
